What it does
AgriERP is our agricultural operations platform, in production with X-Sterile and River Bioscience.
An operations dashboard
Customers, farms, orchards and hectares under management, with agreement status and multi-year plan volume by region. A season selector gives a year-on-year comparison.
Planned before the season starts
Application plans carry each round separately, with status colour-coded down to the individual orchard block. A plan is checked against what the assigned team can execute when it is built, not at the block. Orders are checked against the current plan before issue and re-flagged if their inputs change.
Captured on site
The field app for iOS and Android shows when each plan last synced, a satellite map for finding a block, and application and dosing history per block. Quantities used, batch numbers and the reason for any difference are captured on site, with multi-party sign-off on the device.
Down to the individual event
Activity is monitored at event level, with each capture point attributable to an operator, a location and a session. Fleet activity is totalled, any unit can be isolated, and device health is shown as uptime, latency and packet loss.
Sites, roles and reporting
Every site boundary shows on a live satellite view. Polygons are edited in place, with point counts and an automatic correction offered, and KML files import linked to their site. Roles are scoped by region, and one person can hold several. Report profiles keep their own column layouts and export to PDF and Excel.
AgriERP is hosted in South Africa, in line with POPIA, on an agreed SLA.
