Our own platforms, hosted and supported by us
Connected Fleet, iBOS and AgriERP run in production for our clients today. Each one is configured to your operation, hosted in South Africa and supported by the team that built it.
Organisations we build and run systems for
Three platforms, one team
Use one on its own, or connect them: with iBOS linked to Connected Fleet, forms are raised against vehicles and inspections run per vehicle.
Questions we are often asked
What do we receive at handover?
Documentation, training, videos and the source code. Your team can run the system day to day, and you are never dependent on us alone.
Where is our data hosted?
When we host, we host only in South Africa, on Microsoft Azure's South African regions or with Xneelo, in line with POPIA for South African clients. If you prefer, the system can run on your own infrastructure instead. Microsoft 365 data is held by Microsoft under its own data residency terms, which we can walk you through.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Yes. We can take over an existing system, server or Azure environment and bring it under a managed SLA, or modernise it where the platform has reached its limits.
How do we start without a large commitment?
Start with an MVP or prototype, a scoped project, a retainer or dedicated sprints. Each is a step you can stop at or build on.
What support hours do you offer?
SLA options cover regular hours or extended hours. Hosting, backups, disaster recovery, data management, and Azure and Microsoft 365 support are all available under the same agreement.
