This policy explains how the IO Systems website, operated by Intelligent Output Systems (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2012/209767/07), uses cookies and similar technologies. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others record how the site is used or support advertising.
Cookies this website uses
This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as those our hosting platform, Webflow, may set to deliver pages securely and to process the contact form. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics cookies.
Third-party services
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and link to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. When your browser loads those fonts, or when you follow a link to one of those services, the provider receives your IP address and applies its own privacy and cookie policies. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out spam: when the Contact page loads, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical details about your browser to check that a person is sending the form. Some case studies include a YouTube video. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; the video then plays from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google receives your IP address and applies its own privacy and cookie policies.

If we introduce analytics or any other cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this policy.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the contact form, from working.
