These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Intelligent Output Systems (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2012/209767/07), trading as IO Systems, of 4 Hurd Street, Newton Park, Gqeberha, 6045, South Africa. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Any software, hosting, support or other services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement with the client concerned.
Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about IO Systems, our services and our products. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and it does not form part of any agreement unless that agreement says so. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.
Intellectual property
The text, images, screenshots, logos and product names on this website, including Connected Fleet, iBOS and AgriERP, belong to IO Systems or are used under licence. You may view the website and share links to it, but you may not copy, adapt or republish its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Client names and logos remain the property of their owners. How we use them is set out under Client references below.
Client references
Unless a client's written agreement with us says otherwise, we may name our clients, show their logos and describe the work we have done for them in our marketing, including on this website, in proposals and on social media. When we do so, we never disclose a client's confidential information, trade secrets or personal information.
A client can ask us to stop referring to them at any time by emailing info@iosystems.co.za from an official address of the client organisation. We will then remove the reference from this website and stop using it in new marketing material.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, try to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the contact form to send spam or misleading information.
Links to other websites
This website links to websites we do not control, such as client websites, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, IO Systems is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from relying on its content, or from the website being unavailable.
