Recurring schedules keep checks and inspections on time, and the person assigned is notified when a form is due.

Crews complete forms on iOS and Android with iBOS Go, including photo capture and pass or fail inspections.
From job card to invoice
Job cards, photo proof of work, sign-off, stock and invoicing sit in the same workflow.
Every submission, timestamped
Each submission carries its status, so you can see what was completed, by whom and when. Form data can be filtered and exported.
Built for crews in the field
In iBOS Go, forms are listed by status, so a crew can see at a glance what is due and what is pending. A form can be saved as a draft or submitted on the spot, with photos captured on the device.
Inspections can be pass or fail, and a recurring schedule can be assigned across a whole fleet, so routine checks happen on time.

Linked to Connected Fleet, forms are raised against vehicles and scheduled inspections run per vehicle.
