The challenge
Agricultural programmes run on plans that span seasons, regions and many orchard blocks. Field teams need to know what to apply where, managers need to see what was actually done, and every application has to be attributable to an operator, a location and a time.
What we built
AgriERP is our own platform, deployed for X-Sterile and River Bioscience. It covers:
- Application plans with each round tracked separately, and status down to the individual orchard block.
- Plans validated against what the assigned team can execute, when the plan is built rather than at the block.
- A field app for iOS and Android, with a satellite map for locating blocks, batch capture and multi-party sign-off on the device.
- Event-level activity monitoring, with each capture point attributable to an operator, a location and a session.
- Site boundaries on a live satellite view, edited in place, with KML import.
- Report profiles with their own column layouts, exported to PDF and Excel.
How we run it
We host AgriERP in South Africa, in line with POPIA, and support it on an agreed SLA. Because the platform is ours, we customise it to each client's operation and keep improving it in production.
